"Its a good machine and very quiet even on a 1400rpm spin.
The AI thing is best avoided. I repeat washed a load of washing and it still said it was dirty and added time and rinses to the repeat cycle which costs money with no noticeable difference in the cleanliness of the wash.

"This is am amazing machine which does everything it says in the description. Washing all types of laundry is no problem with it’s intellegent programmes it gives perfect results every time. Its ability to be controlled from your smart phone is a big plus so it really is the best using modern day technology. It even has the facility to present the load crease free meaning no or little ironing. At the moment it will not load or unload itself which is a shame - maybe the next model!!!!"

"Have only had the machine for a couple of weeks but so far I am very impressed. Sophisticated and wide range of programmes - all the features you might want like a v quick wash, delay to start the wash, etc, plus the AI program that senses how much washing there is and works out how long a programme to run. You can load up the large soap and conditioner dispensers and it just adds the right amount by itself, no need to fill a tray every wash! After a fast spin, the washing comes out very dry and it's sooo quiet. Big drum and door so it is easy to put on large washes and the quality of the wash seems to be very good. I think it was a great price for all these features. No complaints so far. "
