It's much quieter than previous models we've had (even on full spin) and is intuitive to use - managed to get the first load in and going without referring to the manual. After 10+ loads, my only criticism so far is that some cycles are very long. However, the app makes it very easy to manage this and you can, for example, set an extra spin going, or pop the refresh cycle on if you're out of the house. "
