"The machine washes well and drys quickly and evenly. The door and dispenser are a bit cheap feeling compared to the miele we had previously. Only seen to use two programs so far. Would buy a module that weighed the clothes next time. A decent machine and happy with purchase as wanted to try a different make. Only issue so far is that 99% of washes it doesn't take all the soap powder leaving residue in the dispenser and it doesn't make any difference how much you add. Really annoying and quite a basic thing to get right for a washing machine!"
"Generally not a bad machine, washes and drys well and it's nice and quiet. Dropped a couple of stars because although it does the full load of 10+kg on a couple of programmes it only does smaller loads, of 6, 4, or 2.5 kg on most programmes including drying. It's also veery sensitive to unblanaced loads, and frequently fails to spin as a result, especially on smaller loads, so you end up with soaking clothes that take forever to dry. "
