When we deliver your new product, we can take your old one away to be recycled. Prices start from just £10 and all you need to do is add the service to your basket when you’re completing your order.
Our Remove & Recycle service is available on a like for like basis. For example, if you purchase a washing machine you can choose to have your old machine removed when your new one is delivered.
There are a few things you need to do if you’d like us to take your old appliance away for recycling:
- Disconnect from all water, electrical and gas supplies
- Remove it from any housing units
- It also needs to be empty and, in the case of fridges and freezers, fully defrosted.

We're part of the government's WEEE directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), so if you select this option, we'll make sure your old product is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
