"Ordering and deliver were relatively straightforward. Delivery was more or less on time. It was necessary to do a fair bit of preliminary work in terms of removing the old oven and preparing for the new one to be installed - including lining up an electrician - but
installation was then fairly smooth. The instructions are quite clear and it is worth following them exactly.
The double oven has not been used much as yet but first impressions are very good. It looks very smart, is quiet in operation and seems to generate very little external heat. Pre-heating time is quick - the main oven takes 8-9 minutes to get to 200 degrees C.
Cons: the clock display is red and is too small to be seen across the room. The alarm is not really loud enough. Door windows are not ideally transparent. But these are minor niggles. This is a high-quality oven - as it should be for the price. Documents supplied (including recipes) are useful and comprehensive."

"I mainly posted this because getting ready for fitting this unit is mainly guess work. Once you get the unit you get some good instructions but they cannot be downloaded before hand. The oven is intended to fit into the space between two other units and does not need its own cabinet. The reason for this is it really needs a 600mm gap. It does fit in a 600 unit but you can't use the vertical side rails only the lower horizontal. If you fit it in a 600 cabinet you need to remove the cabinet floor and use the supplied fitting rails. Problem is if you remove the floor on most cabinets the cabinet feet go with it. So you need to use the feet under the mounting rails and use some blocks to make sure the unit is fixed to the back wall. Also the oven is deep so the back of the unit also needs removing if it has one. So that covers the fitting in an existing 600 wide unit. Not too difficult but not really very good. Fitting in between two other cabinets would be simple using the supplied horizontal rails and attaching them to the side of the cabinets to either side. This isn't possible if you don't have cabinets at both sides though. This is the case for me where there's a Bosch dishwasher to on side. Fit the vertical rails up both sides and screw them flush under the worktop then fit the bottom horizontal rails and set them at the specified height from under the work surface. Slide in the oven and fix using two screws that fix the oven to the vertical side rails. One good thing is if you are fitting it in a new kitchen you would need not waste money on an oven cabinet as it uses the cabinets to each side. Fitting in some existing kitchens is however, a challenge. Took me about two hours to figure out how to fit the oven considering my lack of adjacent cabinets."

"AO.COm service was impeccable. Ordered on the Monday selecting a Friday delivery. Confirmation emails arrived followed by a phone call on Thursday afternoon to ensure delivery time was Ok. Text on Thursday evening to say delivery to be between 0700 and 0900 and the van arrived Friday morning at 0850! Old gas oven collected and taken away together with all packing except the cardboard the oven sat on to protect the floor vinyl.
No problem with fitting although the plumber had to come out to remove the gas socket and pipe on the back wall which didn't allow the oven to fit right in. Electrician hard wired oven too existing wall plate everything was working.
Obviously oven has not been used that much yet after only a couple of weeks but they have proved easy to use and th grill especailly is much better than the old gas one."
