"This fridge freezer is the perfect size for the space we have and has a huge capacity. It has lots of empty space but it’s missing smart accessories to maximise the space which seem to come with other models such as a bottle holder and sliding shelves in the freezer.
My biggest gripe is a silly design flaw in that this does not have a door open alarm. It has an alert which Hisense have confirmed to me (after sending out an engineer as they weren’t sure!) is not audible. The control panel just displays ‘dr’ to tell you that the door is open which is a pointless feature as the control panel is inside the fridge so if you can see it you know the door is open! And if the freezer is open you wouldn’t know without opening the fridge door. Crazy design decision which really lets down this product and means I can’t recommend it as this as an audible alarm was what I wanted and I felt was advertised."
