"This washing machine performs okay for basic washing—it’s comparable to other standard models. However, its drying function is underwhelming.
The bigger issue? Poor durability and even worse customer service. After just 10 months of use, the detergent dispenser drawer got stuck. I contacted Hisense support, sent them a video of the issue, and waited four weeks—only to be completely ignored in the end.
After this experience, I’m done with Hisense. The brand’s not worth the stress."
