"Amazing product, amazing quality and amazing service from ao "
"I bought this product on 10/11 by 22/11 the screen has a shadow cast along the top. You have to go to Samsung to get repaired before AO will even deal with you. We now will not have a TV for 4 days until repair is complete. Absolute joke a brand new tv and within 12 days it needs a repair. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL "

"Just purchased this Samsung to replace my Panasonic that has just packed up . Purchased that from AO to ,the Samsungs apps and platform way better than the Panasonic , but Panasonic picture far better than Samsung Colours to bright and saturated.but good tv for a good price . As usual Ao service 1st class ."
