"Very pleased with this product which was a replacement for a very elderly vented tumble dryer. It is much quieter than our old one. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes longer to dry a load but uses much less energy which is the big reason we got this one. Just one star knocked off for the controls being a little confusing, but we have made it work for a standard load, so generally very happy. "
