"I wasn’t sure about a heat pump dryer at first but I’m so glad I got one now! It takes a bit longer to dry but it’s more economical so I’m happy. It’s very easy to empty the water compartment every couple of drying cycles and the controls are easy to follow. AO were brilliant, let me know when they would be arriving and took my old machine away. Very impressed!"

"Very quiet machine, and seems really good, with many programs for drying. It dries perfectly well and senses when to stop. It can also be plumbed in to remove the necessity to empty the water drawer.
We have only had this machine for three weeks now, and so the longevity is as yet unknown however, it joins a series 4 washing machine (which itself replaced a 11 year old Bosch washing machine, and which in turn replaced a 17 year old machine), and so our expectations are high! It is a generalisation that German machines last longer than others however, I can state that has definitely been the case in our experience. Certainly this tumble dryer replaces a British machine (almost managed three years before death), and a Hotpoint before that (which broke down after only 5 months, and only lasted a staggering total of 13 months before being scrapped!). We had a Siemens prior to that which was ancient and refused to die and so supports the generalisation. In summary, a great machine from which we look forward to many years of service."

"Very pleased with our new Bosch dryer.
Took a while to get to grips with the various programs after our 15 year old one setting with a timer.
I’m very impressed with the moisture sensor. No more over drying clothes to a crisp! Certainly a big win on the energy usage.
