"Washes well. Slightly taller than regular machines and the spin is fairly noisy. Eco wash cycle is long, though you can manually reduce it. Large drum for heavier loads and a large number of programmes."

"Replacing our faithful 15 year old Zanussi washing machine with the new model. Super simple to operate with 3 different eco washes and brilliantly quiet operation even in high-spin. Paid a little extra for our own suitable time slot, and the AO guys turned up on time, removed our old machine, plumbed in the new one and ran an install cycle/test. They left the place clean and tidy, and were done in around 20 minutes. Great service, great Machine! Well done AO. Will definitely be back."
"A little bit disappointed that while 9kg is touted as the capacity there are only a couple of programmes that 9kg is allowed. I am also disappointed that none of the shorter washes, for freshening up sportswear for example, allow you to select 20 degrees with the lowest on the majority of programmes being 30 degrees. Lastly, some of the programmes are extremely long - over 3 hours..!"
