"Had Bosch tumble dryer before but never one with a heat pump so was not sure how well this would work. Very surprised how well it is drying so far. Easy to get rid of water from drawer as not able to plumb in. Also easy to remove fluff with twin container. Plenty of programmes to choose for different types of materials. Mostly use for towels and bedding."
"Bought this product because it was so low on energy usage and beginning to wonder if I made a mistake. You have to be so careful with every item you put in it or they all get twisted around each other, even when you put in small loads. The cupboard dry is very frustrating as it is not cupboard dry at all. Love the fluffiness of the towels but it really generates a great ball of fluff each time . I sweep mine out of the catcher every time with a dustpan and brush, followed by a hoover and then a wipe down. It is harder work than I anticipated. Still got to air my towels on radiators or redo them 3 times."

"Bought this to replace our old Bosch condenser dryer. this is much quieter and uses alot less energy. several settings to choose from and you are told how long it will take to dry. This comes with the drain kit, which is a big plus. no emptying the water container, ever! "
"This tumble dryer is quiet and has a good energy rating. There's a wide selection of programmes, as well as a useful timed programme. It has dried all my washing well - it comes out dry but not overdry. I set cottons at Cupboard Dry Plus. It dries evenly so I don't end up with some items not dry when the rest is. A duvet cover dried on the Bedlinen programme came out much better than my old machine. We connected the drain hose so we don't have to empty the water container. There are two door filters instead of just the one I had before, but they are easy to clean."
