id highly recommend to anyone looking altho the drum ii wouldnt say is suitable for a family pf 4 or more !

"So far so good! A very stylish looking appliance which I bought in Anthracite, although may as well be called black!
As many have mentioned, it is whisper quiet when spinning and by far the noisiest component is the water pumping in / draining out which can’t be helped I guess!
My only gripe is the standard spin could get more water out of the clothes for drying purposes. Having to manually change to 1200 or 1400 is a pain from the default 1000, which should be higher. Annoying some programmes won’t give you the full 1400rpm spin either for some reason!
Other than that a great machine - connecting to the app is easy and gives you real time feedback on energy usage which is a bonus. Also having a light in the drum is great for checking the washing as the glass is very dark! Finally, the ability to pause and add forgotten items quickly is a godsend!
Would recommend this machine!"
"Very good washing machine so far. The spin cycle is extremely quiet which is useful for open plan areas. The only issue i have is that it doesn't spin the clothes as dry as I'd like with the highest speed setting "

"Fantastic product, ridiculously quiet. It's just a shame I had to send it back. I picked it because it was the same dimensions as my old machine. So it should have been a match made in heaven. But I was unfortunately sadly mistaken. The machine was going in the kitchen in a cupboard under the work surface. And when I tried to open the soap dispenser draw it didn't open far enough for me to to put any detergent or softner in!? The front panel of the machine slopes back which meant I couldn't get any product in the dispenser draw. Who knew that was going to be something that you would need to think about & factor. But i do now. So if your machine is going under a work surface you really need to factor that in. But AO team were very understanding & helpful & let me swap it for another machine."
