"Well my old oven packed up the week before christmas, no chance of getting an engineer out till January so i ordered one from AO, delivered the next day with an AO bear. The oven is a simple to use none complicated machine which does what it says on the box.No need for a fitter as it comes with plug and lead. so a 5 minute job to install. The size is standard so fits just fine, light at the front so you can see how the food is doing. Easy to clean front glass and quiet fan. The controls are none complicated with a clear set of instructions and ideal if you are like me and more of a basic cook more than a cheff. Very pleased with AO and oven from start to finish. "
