"Early days, but really pleased with this product so far! Heats up quickly and evenly, more spacious than it looks and cleans easily.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have only had the product for a month or so and can’t judge on longevity."

Needed a black colour to match other appliances, not much choice in black
Oven does what it says on the tin, but build quality & functionality not as good as the old model.

"Really impressed with the service and look of my appliance. The ordering process was really easy and it was delivered when it said it would be and I even got an email advising of the time slot on the morning of delivery.
I had an issue with the other appliance I purchased at the same time and customer services could not have been more helpful! Plus there was a great function on their automated service that allows to pick the era of your ‘hold’ music! My issue was completely resolved with an outcome I was really happy with. Thank you AO!! "

"Bought this to replace out old oven, the same model but ten years old.
The only problem with the old one was the grill element had bent and dropped so it was touching the grill tray.
The new one has a clamp which keeps the element in place."
