"It's ok....at best. Slow to heat up on anything other than the large double ring setting on 9 (and then slow to moderate back down to a simmer). Buttons are heat sensitive so susceptible to objects (cold or hot) being placed on or near to them. Lock function requires a bit of getting used to. It's just all a bit budget....but that is exactly what we needed at the time and it serves it's purpose well enough. Spend a bit more if you can. Very easy to clean. "
