"This washing machine is so much better than my last Hotpoint. The 8kg drum comes in really handy for doing less loads in a week which saves me money. And I love the shorter wash cycle too. Washing comes out lovely and clean. Plus it's so much quieter than my last machine."

"Broke after 1.5 months. When we first had the machine installed we thought it was great! It was quiet and the washing cycles were quick and efficient. However, this machine is poorly made and has caused us a lot of hassle! The concrete counter weight snapped off, causing a series of other problems, making the machine unusable. I have been without a washing machine for 3 weeks so far. I wish I had purchased a different machine!"
