"The TCL TV came faulty and I have spoken to the customer service but they still didn’t collect it for a return I wanted to swap it with another Sony tv
ASAP for watching the World Cup and while Black Friday is still not ending but I couldn’t get a real action yet it has been nearly a month now.
It’s just frustrating wasting money and time as the TCL TV is not working I’m watching football on my phone now I planned it well for the World Cup but unfortunately the tv is no what I paid for.
Need a solution asap please as there is still time to catch up the World Cup "
